Black Issues Book Review Magazine was a bimonthly magazine published in New York City in which books of interest to African Americans were reviewed.  It was founded by William E. Cox, Adrienne Ingrum and Susan McHenry.  The first issue was published Jan/Feb 1999.  The Last issue was published Sept/Oct 2007.
